DIRECTIONS: For new concrete, wait a minimum of 30 days. [Step 1] Remove oil and grease stains with STONESAVER Citrus Oil Degreaser. [Step 2] Clean the entire surface with STONESAVER Concrete Cleaner & Surface Prep to remove efflorescence, dirt and cement powders from surface pores. This will allow for proper coating to surface bonding. Thoroughly rinse all cleaners with generous amounts of water and ensure the surface is completely dry prior to coating. [Step 3] For best results, use a lint-free high pile roller and paint tray to apply STONESAVER Basement Floor Protector. Apply at temperatures above 21o C (70o F). Heavily load roller and apply sufficient coating to "fully saturate" the surface. Roll 1st coat in one direction and saturate all holes and crevices. Allow surface to dry a minimum of 4 hours. Apply 2nd coat in a cross direction to the 1st coat and allow coated surfaces to dry a minimum of 48 hours, before using.

DIRECTIONS: For pre-painted concrete, make sure that the old coating is firm, clean and well adhered. If old coating is in poor condition, it must be removed. If old coating is a high gloss finish, it must be sanded prior to re-coating. - Clean and apply STONESAVER Basement Floor Protector as indicated above, however one heavy coat should be sufficient for pre-painted floors.

Clean Up: Use warm water and soap to clean tools immediately after application.

COVERAGE: 3.78 litres / 1 Gallon covers approximately 24 to 42 sq. m. (250 to 450 sq. ft - Per Coat). Coverage can vary dramatically with the type and porosity of the surface.

PRECAUTIONS: As a precautionary measure when working with STONESAVER products, protective eye wear and respirators should be worn (if chronic lung conditions exist). Use only under well ventilated conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure. Store in cool, dry and ventilated area. Do not add any other product to container. Keep container closed.

FIRST AID: Eyes: Flush with water for a least 15 minutes. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing difficult, give oxygen. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. CALL PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
